Gluten, Dairy, Soy Free, Low Sugar, Anti-Inflammatory
We call this smoothie the "sneaky green smoothie" because the berry flavor is delicious and dominant, making it very easy to hide some healthy leafy green vegetables:) This is a perfect way to get some greens into picky eaters like kids and maybe even your spouse!
In fact starting your day with a green smoothie can help to boost your metabolism and energy for the day, improve digestion, and reduce cravings for sugar and carbs later in the day. Plus berries are loaded with antioxidants that help neutralize free radicals that can lead to disease and early aging in your body - especially blueberries which are one of the top anti-inflammatory foods on this planet!
